Many people today experience a sense of meaninglessness described as anxiety, alienation, loneliness, aimlessness, boredom, frustration, or a vague sense of unfulfillment. Meaninglessness is often felt in transition periods when important decisions have to be made about career, marriage, divorce, retirement, lifestyle, or when we are facing tragedy such as a death or chronic illness.

My job as a therapist is to tailor therapy to meet your individual needs. Our work together will focus on filling this emptiness through the resources of inner spirit and is deeply-rooted in the premise that people naturally move toward becoming fully functioning.
